Version 1.0

1. License Grant

   Upon purchasing this product (the “Griddy Icons Figma Editable Source File”), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Figma source file and its contents for:

   • Personal projects
   • Commercial projects
   • Client work

   You may:

   • Modify the components, strokes, layouts, and styles.
   • Export derivative assets (PNG, SVG, etc.) for use in your own or your clients’ products.
   • Include modified or unmodified exported assets in commercial software, websites, apps, or printed materials.

2. Restrictions

   You may not:

   1. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Griddy Icons Figma Editable Source File itself, in whole or in part, including:

      • The original or modified Figma file
      • Raw stroke-based icons
      • Components, variants, or styles
      • Any format that exposes the editable structure
   2. Publish the source file or editable icons in any public repository (including GitHub, Figma Community, or similar).

   3. Use the Griddy Icons Figma Editable Source File in a product whose primary purpose is:

      • An icon library
      • A design system
      • An asset pack
      • A competing toolkit or template whether free or paid.
   4. Represent the icons or components as your own original work.

3. Permitted Redistribution (Output Only)

   You may distribute:

   • Exported raster or vector assets (SVG/PNG/PDF)
   • Modified or unmodified icons as part of your product, as long as the source file itself is not included or made accessible.

4. Ownership

   All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Griddy Icons. Purchasing this license does not transfer copyright.

5. Liability

   The Griddy Icons Figma Editable Source File is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for damages arising from use of the file.

6. Termination

   If you violate any terms of this agreement, your license is automatically revoked. You must then delete all copies of the Griddy Icons Figma Editable Source File in your possession.
