This is a legal contract ("Agreement") between you ("Licensee", "Customer") and GriddyIcons ("Licensor", "Company", "we", "us", "our").
License Types
We provide four types of licenses for all our products depending on the number of members in your team.
Free: Best for individuals or small teams who only need a limited number of icons.
Solo: Best for individuals or small teams who need access to the entire icon library and receive monthly updates.
Team: Best for small to medium teams who need a license for up to eight users and priority support.
License Brief
Any purchased license allows you to use our digital assets in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects for yourself or a client. If you have more than one designer on your team, please be honest and purchase a license with the appropriate number of seats.
Use the icons in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects for yourself or a client.
Modify the icons to fit your needs.
Restrictions
You may not sell the icons or their parts as your own in their original or modified form.
You may not share our paid assets or their parts for free.
You may not modify the Item and combine it with other digital assets and sell or distribute it.
Upgrading License
If you need to upgrade your license from Solo or Team, please contact us and we will reimburse the cost of the previous license.
